1v1: Mirror Moves

Do your players have the confidence to take players on in 1v1 situations?

Reality check: 97%* of players are “pass first” players, which leads to relying on the pass far too often. (*97% is a low estimate)

They are missing the critical moments to take risks and win the space!

Players who practice their 1v1 moves, emulated from Star Models of the past and present, can play like the pros and improve their game quickly.

It does require resilience to learn from mistakes and a bit of courage to persist. But the opportunity is there.

Not only will they become more skilled, confident & creative in 1v1’s, they will also become better at the “Killer Pass” to unlock the defense.

You see, here’s how it works:

If an attacking player is dangerous off the dribble, their opponent will more often times give them space (out of respect) to not get beat from the dribble.

This space can then be used for better passing lanes. This is a direct benefit to teach and learn the 1v1 moves and take more risks while dribbling.

So here is the GOOD NEWS: we make it easy for coaches, players and parents to understand.
