Cancellations & Refunds
All Coerver® Ohio camps and programs carry a 15% deposit that is non-refundable.
This deposit goes toward your total fee, not in addition to your program registration fee.
All cancellations made after the 1st day and before the 2nd day of program will incur a 30% fee.
There will be no additional fee for any transfers into a new Coerver® Ohio program.
All cancellations after the 2nd day of program will not receive a refund.
If an attendee has an injury prior to the start of a program and a medical note can be produced, a full refund will be given minus the deposit. If attendee is injured during a Coerver® program, a pro rate can be determined case by case.
No refunds will be given for inclement weather. We will make every effort to make up any missed time.
Special circumstances will be addressed case by case.
Coerver® Ohio reserves the right to cancel a program.
In such a case, a refund or credit for future sessions will be offered.
These policies apply to all programs and are subject to change.
Only one discount can be used per one player’s registration.
Team discounts for summer camps only apply to groups of 8 or more. To claim a team discount: a team / group manager must e-mail the name of the group and the participants of the group, PRIOR to registering at a discounted rate.
